IMPORTANT NOTICE: FROM JANUARY 1st 2021 CUSTOMERS IN THE EUROPEAN UNION WHO PLACE ORDERS WITH DANDELION AND DOGWOOD WILL BE REQUIRED TO ACT AS IMPORTER OF RECORD AND MAY BE REQUIRED TO PAY TAXES AND CUSTOMS CHARGES BY THEIR COUNTRY OF RESIDENCE.

DEFINITIONS:
The words or phrases in this document shall have the following meanings:
Order: indicates the contract of sale between Dandelion & Dogwood and the customer.
Products: indicates all goods and services sold by Dandelion & Dogwood whether in physical or digital form.
1 - PURPOSE
These Terms and Conditions are intended to define the terms and conditions on which Dandelion & Dogwood offer and sell their products to their customers. These terms and conditions shall prevail over all other conditions contained in any other document.
2 - ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By placing an Order, the customer warrants having read these terms and conditions and the customer expressly accepts them without reservation.
3 - ORDER
Dandelion & Dogwood will confirm the acceptance of an Order by sending a confirmation message to the email address provided by the customer during the order process.
Dandelion & Dogwood reserves the right to refuse to accept or to cancel any order from a customer at its sole discretion.
Indications given by the customer when entering information concerning his/her Order are a responsibility of the customer and the customer warrants that any information provided during the order process is accurate. Dandelion & Dogwood cannot be held responsible for errors made by the customer when providing details related to the Order (delivery address and billing address in particular) and for delays in delivery or failure to deliver the Products that result from any such errors.
4 - PRICES
All prices are in GBP Pound Sterling and include UK VAT.
5 - PAYMENT
The price charged to the customer is the price indicated on the Order confirmation sent by Dandelion & Dogwood.
6 - DELIVERY
After confirmation of the Order and full receipt of payment, Dandelion & Dogwood will ship the ordered products to the customer at the delivery address within a reasonable time subject to availability.
All Products offered by and purchased from Dandelion & Dogwood are intended for personal use of the customer or of the recipient and not for further commercial use, replication or distribution.
The customer agrees that (where applicable) they are the importer of record and are fully responsible to pay all taxes, customs duties and other charges present and future concerning the purchase and delivery of the Products.
Delivery will be made by post or courier at the sole option of Dandelion & Dogwood.
Upon receiving ordered Products, the customer or the recipient must check the condition of the goods delivered. In the event that one or more of the ordered Products are missing or damaged, the customer or the recipient must notify the carrier (courier or postman), at the time of delivery.
In the event that the customer wants the Products to be invoiced or delivered to two different addresses, then they should place two separate Orders.
7 - Returns
The customer has a period of 14 days after receiving the Products to return it to Dandelion & Dogwood for an exchange or a refund. In this case, the customer must return the Products intact and in saleable condition to the following address:

If the customer chooses to exercise their right to cancel their order, Dandelion & Dogwood agrees to reimburse the sum paid by the customer, except for shipping costs, within a maximum of 30 days.
8 – LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
YOUR USE OF THE DANDELION & DOGWOOD WEBSITE AND ANY ORDER PLACED ON OR THROUGH THE SITE IS AT YOUR OWN RISK. DANDELION & DOGWOOD SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIMS ANY LIABILITY, WHETHER BASED IN CONTRACT, TORT, NEGLIGENCE, STRICT LIABILITY OR OTHERWISE, FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR SPECIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN ANY WAY CONNECTED WITH PLACING AN ORDER ON OR THROUGH THE SITE OR RELATED TO ACCESS TO, USE OF OR RELIANCE ON THE CONTENT DISPLAYED ON THE SITE (EVEN IF DANDELION & DOGWOODHAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES). IN ANY EVENT YOU AGREE THAT ANY LIABILITY ACCRUING TO DANDELION & DOGWOODARISING FROM PLACING AN ORDER ON THE SITE, HOWSOEVER CAUSED, SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE VALUE OF THAT ORDER.
9 - PRIVACY
The collection of information is necessary for the purposes of distance selling; this information is essential for processing and delivering orders, and preparing invoices. Please see our Privacy Policy for additional information
10 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content and products on and sold through this site are the intellectual property of the author who reserves all intellectual property rights. It is forbidden to distribute this content and products without prior permission of the author.
11 - LAW
These terms and conditions are subject to the law and courts of England and Wales.
