Refund policy

By purchasing from us, you agree that you cannot return the item or cancel the order once it has been dyed. 

Orders are hand-dyed to order; This means every item is dyed for an existing order. For this reason, returns are financially impossible.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you have received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. It is at our discretion that any exceptional refunds or returns are accepted.
