Shipping policy
We aim to ship all orders within 14 working days from the date of your purchase.
Please do not contact us asking for shipping updates before this has passed. Any query of this matter before 14 days have passed will be ignored. If there are any delays in shipping your order we will contact you via email.
US & International Customers:
(Due to tariffs and unforeseeable customs/shipping fee increases)
In exceptional circumstances (such as large international orders or those which incur an import fee) you may have to pay an additional shipping fee on top of what is calculated at checkout. This is due to limitations with Shopify's shipping system. We apologize for the confusion and are working with Shopify to resolve this issue.
If this is the case we will contact you via email with the amount required and you can either:
- Cancel the order, and we will refund you (this is only possible if we have not yet dyed the items)
- Pay the additional fee and we will continue with your order
